Professional Experience
Fernando Ayala is an experienced accountant who has worked in private industry, as well as in large and small CPA firms. He enjoys working with clients to plan in advance and helping to identify opportunities to minimize taxes. Fernando feels a sense of accomplishment when he has completed a return that accurately depicts the business and/or the individual.

He started his career in accounting, as a volunteer income tax-preparer which led to an internship with a general contractor where he worked on bank reconciliations, documented internal controls for accounting processes and worked on various general ledger account reconciliations. After graduation, Fernando worked with a large CPA firm in Redlands, California before moving to Oregon where he spent three years in a small CPA firm focusing on business and individual taxation, as well as compliance audits.

Personal Note
Fernando is a Southern California native. After living in Portland, Oregon for three years, he is happy to be back in Riverside and close to family. A man of passion and priorities, he focuses on faith, family and career.

In their free time when not attending family events, Fernando and his wife like to take road trips and listen to music. They each play an instrument and are always up enjoying live music. Fernando enjoys watching and playing sports, especially his favorite team, the Lakers.
