Professional Experience
Brenda Pruden is an experienced CPA who chose to also pursue an MBA as a “refresher” so that she could provide solid advice to clients with a well-rounded perspective. She has been at RP&B CPAS since 2012 after spending over ten years in private industry and eight years at small and large CPA firms. Her experience as an accounting manager and CPA generalist has given her insights that help her relate to clients. She strategizes with them to save tax dollars, solve problems and find solutions to questions and challenges.

With expertise in tax planning, multi-state tax, and corporate and partnership tax and compliance, Brenda thrives on finding practical solutions to complicated situations. She is known to spend time researching issues and collaborating with colleagues to find the right answer to often complex situations.

Personal Note
Brenda grew up in Arizona. She and her husband live in Beaumont, California where they enjoy spending time outdoors. From gardening at home or boating in Lake Havasu to camping at their favorite spots, Brenda and her husband spend as much time outside as they can. When indoors, Brenda is either reading, cooking or planning their next adventure. Her favorite spots include Three Dunes, The Sierras and St. Lucia. Havasupai Falls, the Galapagos Islands and Costa Rica are on “the list”.
